For kids, we offer a couple of different options. Our kids classes start for those that are in the 2nd grade and up. The classes are geared towards having fun while working out. They are still taught all the basics of movement like the adults but are entertained through the whole process. Our goal is to teach kids at a young age that exercise is a part of life, it’s fun, and it’s necessary in order to live a healthy life.
We also have strength and conditioning for kids in all sports. The schedule on this will vary depending on the number of kids and timing. We focus on strength, agility, explosiveness, coordination, and overall cardiovascular health. Contact us today for more information.
