Monday: 5:30-6:30AM (Must sign up before 8PM the night before)

                 4-5PM, 5-6PM, 6-7PM, 7-8PM

Tuesday: 4-5PM, 5-6PM, 6-7PM, 7-8PM

Wednesday: 5:30-6:30AM (Must sign up before 8PM the night before)

                4-5PM, 5-6PM, 6-7PM, 7-8PM

Thursday: 4-5PM, 5-6PM, 6-7PM, 7-8PM

Friday: 5:30-6:30AM (Must sign up before 8PM the night before)

                4-5PM, 5-6PM, 6-7PM, 7-8PM

Saturday: 8-9AM, 9-10AM, 10-11AM

Sunday: Open 10AM-1PM; Make up a missed WOD or work on your weaknesses with the trainers.

 Fundamental classes are offered during all 7PMclasses and the 10AM class on Saturdays.
